Whole 30
Day 30
It might look like im dead excited to be finished up the whole 30 program but to be honest its just another day for me, I have decided to keep going for another period of time. I do not necessarily miss dairy, sugar, or grains so why start eating them again! Its not seen as a goal that is complete it’s a starting point. If I have the determination to complete a 30 period successfully then I believe that I can continue to not only reach my target weight but to lead a healthy lifestyle.
I will give a more detailed entry on day 31, see how my measurements pair up and my weight etc.
What I ate:
- Breakfast – Boiled egg
- Lunch – Was an epic salad with anchovies, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sauerkraut, and a poached egg. It was great and the poached egg was cooked to perfection! Don’t do that very often! Boom!

Dinner – Had some diced game meat my girlfriend ordered online and made a casserole/ stew like thing with it, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, parsnip[ and sweet potato served on leftover cauliflower rice from yesterday. It was rather tasty.
What I drank:
- The usual, water and plenty of it. Herbal tea also.
