Sorry for the lack of posts been a busy fucker these days, have a slight bit of down time at the moment so I will be updating the rest of the blog tonight! What else do you do on a Friday evening.

So What I ate:

  • Breakfast/ Lunch – Left over turkey mince baked in a green pepper with a side salad of tomatos, capers, sauerkraut, rocket and homemade mayo. Oh and broccoli.
  • Dinner – This was probably the best fuckin salmon I’ve ever cooked. Lemon and garlic salmon baked with a side of pureed sweet potato, broccoli, brussel sprouts, boiled eggs and a little homemade mayo. Tasty as fuck!

    Still drinking loads of water, herbal teas and coffee mainly in the mornings.
